Have you found a like-for-like elsewhere at a cheaper price? We’ll beat it. Even if they’re running an offer or discount code!

What qualifies?

If you’ve found a product that you’d like to submit for a Price Match, the product in question must be in stock and readily available at the time of the Price Match request. The product must be matching in brand, consistency and/or colour. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) may be required to ensure authenticity of the product.

How to submit a Price Promise request?

If you find a product that you’d like MessySupplies to Price Match, you can email us or speak to us via LiveChat.

To make a claim you will need:

  • The competitors business name, product name and direct web address
  • Certificate of Analysis of the competitor’s product

If you’re unable to provide the above information, this may result in Price Match being denied. See terms and conditions for more information.

Price Match Promise terms

  1. We'll match against other suppliers’ online price, including discount codes, limited to one per customer or household.
  2. The competitor's item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms
  3. We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery
  4. We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position
  5. Delivery charges, taxes and other services are not included in the Price Match Promise
  6. Cannot be used with any other offer
  7. Excludes auction sites, third-party sellers, re-sellers, market stalls, private sales, liquidation sales, our own websites or any typographical error
  8. Excludes free items and bundles
  9. MessySupplies reserves the right to withdraw Price Match Promise at any time.
