Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your order we encourage you to contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the situation ASAP.


Damaged Items

If damaged in transit or item arrives damaged, we advise taking an immediate image of the item, the damage and exterior packaging to ensure swift action is taken in recovering your costs. If you wish to return the item, we will cover the cost of postage with proof of postage required. If proof of postage is not available, we cannot reimburse.


We must be notified of damaged in transit items no more than 2 days from delivery date.


I’ve changed my mind

That’s ok. If you no longer want / require the product or have simply changed your mind we kindly ask you to cover the cost of returning the item to us. Once the item has been received and approved we will credit a product value refund minus a 10% admin fee to the payment provider used at checkout. This can take up to 10 business days to activate and process.


Returns may be accepted up to 30 days from delivery date.

We reserve the right to refuse a return without reason.


Returning the goods

Once the return has been approved, please abide by the following:

• The product should be unused and unopened (unless damaged)

• The product should be returned in original wrapping / packaging.


Any products returned in contravention of this policy will not be the subject of any refunds or replacements and you will continue to be liable for payment of the price of such products.


If you refuse delivery, we reserve the right to deduct any costs involved in returning the goods to us. 


Products Excluded from Returns

We are unable to accept returns on all Ready Mixed products and Silly String. Avalanche Foam Spray is only accepted in an unopened box of 12. If we deem the parcel as ‘opened’ then we reserve the right to withhold the refund.


International Returns

All terms listed in this document apply to international returns, however should import charges be applied to the returned parcel, we will not be liable for this and will deduct this from the product value refund. 


Distance Selling Regulations

MessySupplies adheres to current distance selling regulations and you are entitled, as a customer, to warrant these regulations where applicable.

Custom orders are excluded from returns.
