I’ve changed my mind
If you no longer want / require the product or have simply changed your mind we
kindly ask you to cover the cost of returning the item to us. Once the item has
been received and approved we will credit a product value refund minus a 10%
admin fee to the payment provider used at checkout. This can take up to 10
business days to activate and process.
Returns may be accepted up to 30 days from delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse a return without reason.
Returning the goods

any refunds or replacements and you will continue to be liable for payment of

Excluded from Returns
We are unable
to accept returns on all Ready Mixed products and Silly String. Avalanche
Foam Spray is only accepted in an unopened box of 12. If we deem the
parcel as ‘opened’ then we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

Distance Selling Regulations
