UK & European Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged in discreet, DPD Local or DPD branded mailbags, unbranded cardboard boxes, unbranded plastic containers or for larger orders requiring a pallet we use black saran wrap. We use bubble wrap, foam chips and air pillows to protect the contents.
Branded instructions and a branded invoice or packing slip will be inside the parcel. If you do NOT want these included, please let us know in the comments box or via email within 24hrs of completing your order.
There is NO REFERENCE to MessySupplies on the exterior of the parcel
For deliveries to all countries outside of Europe, we are required by law to include a Customs Declaration which will be attached to the exterior of the parcel during transit. This may or may not still be attached on delivery.
The Customs Declaration will contain information including; our company name (MessySupplies), address & telephone number, products & quantity ordered (usually the chemical name (Hydroxyethyl cellulose) and the value for custom officials.
UK Delivery Only
Express Delivery (England, Wales & Southern Scotland: via DPD Local
We aim to dispatch within 24hrs (Monday to Friday). Your order should arrive the next business day. However, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery within UK.
DPD Local will text/email your tracking information. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a convenient 1-hour time slot and can track the delivery using the DPD App (Highly recommended!).
This service also allows you to select a safe place, deliver to a DPD Parcel Shop, change delivery day or upgrade your delivery.

Please note, we're unable to amend deliveries to DPD Parcel Shops. This can be done via the DPD tracking links / app.
Express Delivery (Scottish Highlands, Northern Islands & All Islands): via DPD Local
The same information above applies,however for delivery to Scottish Highlands, All Islands and Northern Ireland our Express Delivery is a two day service and a premium applies to the following post codes: Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27, KA28, KW0-17, PA20-78,PH15-29, PH32-33, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, ZE.
Saturday & Sunday Specials: via DPD Local
The same information above applies, excluding Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands. Must be bought by 1pm Friday to ensure we can process your order in time for collection. Not guaranteed but enjoys a high success rate.
Economy Delivery: via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For
Economy delivery is a slower, budget option. Dispatched in no more than 72hrs, your order will arrive 5+ business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive in the United Kingdom. A signature is required before delivery can take place.
Special Next Day Delivery: via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD Local
Orders must be received by 11am GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or BST (British Summer Time). If received after this time, your order may not be dispatched until the next business day (Monday to Friday). If Next Day delivery is bought on a Friday before 11am, your order will be dispatched the same day and should arrive no later than 5.30pm Monday.
If you require your items before 5.30pm, please let us know as soon as possible. We have premium Next Day options including; delivery before 12 noon, delivery before 10am or delivery before 9am if necessary.
Once dispatched you will receive a ‘Shipment Notification’ detailing the tracking information. Your order should arrive by 5.30pm the next working day (Monday to Friday) unless otherwise arranged with a Sale Representative.
We reserve the right to withhold next day delivery at any time without justification. Not guaranteed but enjoys a high success rate.
Nominated Day: via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD Local
There is no guarantee your parcel will arrive on your chosen date; however, we will do all that we can to get your order to you on your chosen date. A date must be entered in the comments box at check out once 'Nominated Day' has been selected.
We require at least 24hrs notice to process and arrange delivery of your item on your Nominated Day. For Saturday or Sunday deliveries, select this option no later than Thursday evening. Not guaranteed but enjoys a high success rate.
International Delivery Only
We regret, we are unable to send parcels to PO Box Addresses, Parcel Lockers or any other form of drop off points where a signature cannot be obtained.
We offer at least two delivery options at checkout for international customers; Express and Economy. Orders are usually dispatched no later than 24-48hrs (Monday to Friday). To view postage options, time frames and prices, add items to your shopping cart. In your cart, enter the information required and all available postage options will display on screen.
MessySupplies cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, customs delays or interference from international authorities whatsoever. You, as the customer, are solely responsible for any customs duties and taxes in your own country, or within your own tax authority. Please ensure you research thoroughly, the customs and tax laws within your own country prior to making a purchase at MessySupplies.com.
Due to international postal laws relating to safety and regulations, we are unable to send any Ready Mixed products, Vivid Enhancement Colouring, Silly String, Avalanche Foam Spray and some Cleaning Products to any international countries outside of Mainland United Kingdom & Mainland Europe. This does not affect our powders or other non-liquid products. If in doubt, please contact us for more information.
Express via UPS
Our most reliable and quickest service. Full tracking is provided by UPS. They even send update emails throughout delivery and aim to deliver worldwide within 4 business days. For quick, important, and urgent deliveries, we'd suggest using UPS. For some areas of US there may be a remote surcharge.
Express via DPD
Aims to deliver worldwide in no more than 9 business days. This is a cheaper express option. Tracking is included as part of this service, however updates may or may not be sent to your email, so it is your responsibility to check the original tracking link.
Sent via different courier (differs for each destination). The economy service has basic tracking, however as with Express via DPD above, updates may or may not be sent to your email, so it is your responsibility to check the original tracking link. Delivery aim is between 12-20 business days.
This is our cheapest postage option.Items sent via Royal Mail within UK. This is then passed onto your countries national postal service. You will get a dispatch notification; however, tracking is NOT provided with this option. Please allow between 15-30 business days for delivery worldwide.
Shipping Info / Address - All Countries
The specified shipping time scale begins once dispatched. Please allow up to 30 business days for ALL international orders.
You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly. We will send all packages to the exact name and address we receive. If you notice an address has been entered incorrectly or identify a spelling mistake after placing the order. You are responsible for notifying us at your earliest convenience. If a product is shipped to an incorrect address because of a spelling mistake or typing error in your address, we cannot be held responsible and postage charges will not be returned.
A telephone number is required for ALL courier deliveries and ALL International deliveries. If an incorrect number is entered at checkout, this can cause delays.
We will only contact you regarding an error in the address if our chosen courier does not recognise the address /postcode.
