If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order we encourage you to contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the situation ASAP.
We will accept returns for any reason. If the product is damaged or unusable through our fault we will cover the return cost and you will receive a full product refund. If you no longer want / require the product or have changed your mind we kindly ask you to cover the cost of returning the item to us. Once the item has been received we will credit a product value refund minus a 10% admin fee to the payment provider used at checkout.
If we agree to you returning the item, please abide by the following:
• The product should be unused and unopened.
• The product should be returned in original wrapping / packaging.
Any products returned in contravention of this Policy will not be the subject of any refunds or replacements and you will continue to be liable for payment of the price of such products.
All terms listed in this document apply to International returns, however should import charges be applied to the returned parcel, we will not be liable for this and will deduct this from the product value refund.
Products Excluded from Returns
We are unable to accept returns on all Ready Mixed products. Avalanche Foam Spray is only accepted in an unopened box of 12.
Lost, Delayed and Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged and you’d like to submit a return, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery and your item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, for either are placement or a product refund.
You must understand prior to making a purchase that we cannot be held responsible for third party companies, couriers or customs agencies for delays in delivery or lost or damaged items. We will however always ensure we assist with any complaints to the best of our abilities and file a claim on your behalf is this should occur.
Items that have been lost or damaged in transit by a courier can be claimed as a refund however this is subject to take up to 90 days in keeping with the terms set out by the independent shipping courier and postal companies. We regret that these guidelines are governed by the independent third party courier companies and we at MessySupplies have no control or influence over these conditions.
It is our promise that we will do all we can to ensure that all packages are sent on time, securely and with customer satisfaction at the top of our priority and we ask that you allow additional time on all orders and deliveries for any mistakes or errors made by independent third party postage companies. If, for any reason we are unable to post your item, send the incorrect item to you or are the cause of an item not reaching you for example by any administration error on our part then we will ensure you receive a full refund.
We keep full proof of postage inclusive of the date it was sent and the confirmation of the recipients address along with a tracking number to ensure you are kept informed of the progress of your delivery. This also acts as proof of postage on our part to assist in any disputes regarding delivery times or lost packages.
If a parcel is returned to us as 'not called for' we will require a 10% admin charge to rearrange the postage should this be requested.
Distance Selling Regulations
MessySupplies adheres to current distance selling regulations and you are entitled, as a customer, to warrant these regulations where applicable.
